Fund-Raiser To Assist Victims Of Drug-Rape

June 4, 2004--The Ashley Moyé Foundation, dedicated to assisting victims of drug-rape through education and public outreach programs, will benefit from the sale of ROSES THROUGH THE MIST by Ashley Moyé. The accomplished author, actress, and humanitarian will donate all net proceeds raised from the sale of the eBook over the next two weeks, to help establish the non-profit, public charitable trust.

Ms. Moyé feels that ROSES THROUGH THE MIST is most suitable for such a purpose, as it dramatically demonstrates that such a crime was committed during the mid-eighteenth century of London, England.

The Foundation's first project is to fund the independent documentary SURVIVING DRUG-RAPE: THE RAPE OF SILENCE, which has a proposed budget of $250,000.00. Armed with the findings of the documentary, which will explore the various paths that survivors of drug-rape follow, the Foundation will hopefully provide real solutions to those that are searching for help.
